The IT systems and software procedures for operation of this website acquire, during normal operation, some personal data the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified parties concerned, but that by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow identifying users.
This category of data includes the IP addresses (Internet addresses assigned to the user's computer by the Internet service provider), the domain names of the computers used by the users connecting to the site, the browser (for example, Firefox or Internet Explorer), date, time of request and other parameters related to the operating system and the user's computer environment.
Said data may be used to ascertain liability in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the website and is however deleted after processing within 6 (six) months.
Data is also collected and processed anonymously for the sole purpose of obtaining statistical information on the use of the site and to verify its correct functionality.

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail to the addresses indicated on this website involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address required to reply to information requests, and any other personal data included in the e-mail.

  • The personal data provided will be processed, in compliance with the conditions of lawfulness pursuant to article 6 of EU Regulation 2016/679, for the following purposes:
  • browsing on this website - legitimate interest (article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) as the legal basis of processing;
  • any request for contact, with the sending of information requested by you - legitimate interest (article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) as the legal basis of processing;
  • prior consent and up to your objection: for direct marketing activities of the Data Controller, newsletters, market research to receive - via automated e-mail, MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) or SMS (Short Message Service) messages, as well as by telephone calls by operator and paper mail - information material, for the sending of promotional, commercial and advertising material or related events and initiatives, by the Data Controller - consent (article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) as the legal basis of processing.

5. Recipients or categories of recipients of the personal data

The data may be disclosed to third parties that act as managers and by parties appointed persons authorized to process, responsible for managing the service requested. In particular, the data will be communicated to:

  • parties that provide services for the management of the information system and of the communication networks, including e-mail and website management;
  • third parties that collaborate with the Data Controller for direct marketing activities;
  • firms or companies providing assistance and consultancy;
  • competent authorities for fulfilment of obligations of law and/or provisions of public
    bodies, on request.

The personal data provided will be transferred to countries belonging to the European Union and to countries outside the EU in order to comply with the aforementioned purposes. The data will be transferred according to Article 44 - General principle for transfer; Article 45 - Transfer on the basis of an adequacy decision; Article 46 - Transfer subject to adequate guarantees, specifically the data will be transferred to third countries international organizations for which the Commission has intervened with an adequacy assessment (Article 45 EU Regulation 2016/679). 7. Retention period of personal data or criteria for determining the period

Processing will be carried out in an automated and manual way, with methods and tools aimed at guaranteeing the utmost security and confidentiality, by persons specifically authorized for this purpose.
In compliance with the provisions of article 5 paragraph 1 letter e) of EU Regulation 2016/679, the personal data collected will be stored in a form that allows identification of parties concerned for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data is processed.
The retention of personal data provided depends on the purpose of processing:

  • browsing on this website (see the cookies policy at the following link);
  • for contact request (maximum 1 year);
  • receive newsletters or promotional communications in general via e-mail (maximum 24 months).

8. Rights of the party concerned

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, every party concerned shall have the right to file a complaint with a control authority, in particular in the Member State of habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement (article 77 cit.) if the party concerned considers that the processing of related personal data infringes the GDPR.
