Said data may be used to ascertain liability in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the website and is however deleted after processing within 6 (six) months.

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail to the addresses indicated on this website involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address required to reply to information requests, and any other personal data included in the e-mail.
3. Purpose and legal basis of processing
The personal data provided will be processed, in compliance with the conditions of lawfulness pursuant to article 6 of EU Regulation 2016/679, for the following purposes:
- browsing on this website – legitimate interest (article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) as the legal basis of processing;
- any request for contact, with the sending of information requested by you – legitimate interest (article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) as the legal basis of processing;
- with prior consent and until your opposition: for the Data Controller’s direct marketing activities, newsletters, market research to receive – by automated means of e-mail, MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) or SMS (Short Message Service) messages, as well as by telephone calls through an operator and paper mail – informative material, to send promotional, commercial and advertising material or relating to events and initiatives, by the Data Controller – consent (art. 6 paragraph 1 letter a)) as the legal basis for processing.
4. Recipients or categories of recipients of the personal data
The data may be disclosed to third parties that act as managers and by parties appointed persons authorized to process, responsible for managing the service requested. In particular, the data will be communicated to:
- parties that provide services for the management of the information system and of the communication networks, including e-mail and website management;
- third parties that collaborate with the Data Controller for direct marketing activities;
- firms or companies providing assistance and consultancy;
- competent authorities for fulfilment of obligations of law and/or provisions of public bodies, on request.

5. Transfers of personal data to third countries and/or international organizations
The personal data provided will be transferred to countries belonging to the European Union and to countries outside the EU in order to comply with the aforementioned purposes. The data will be transferred according to Article 44 – General principle for transfer; Article 45 – Transfer on the basis of an adequacy decision; Article 46 – Transfer subject to adequate guarantees, specifically the data will be transferred to third countries international organizations for which the Commission has intervened with an adequacy assessment (Article 45 EU Regulation 2016/679). 6. Retention period of personal data or criteria for determining the period
Processing will be carried out in an automated and manual way, with methods and tools aimed at guaranteeing the utmost security and confidentiality, by persons specifically authorized for this purpose.
In compliance with the provisions of article 5 paragraph 1 letter e) of EU Regulation 2016/679, the personal data collected will be stored in a form that allows identification of parties concerned for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data is processed.
The retention of personal data provided depends on the purpose of processing:

- for contact request (maximum 1 year);
- receive newsletters or promotional communications in general via e-mail (maximum 24 months).
7. Rights of the Data Subject
Pursuant to articles 15 and following of EU Regulation 2016/679, a Data Subject has the right to ask the Data Controller: access to personal data; the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of related processing; opposition to processing; portability of data in the terms set out in article 20 cit.
