PowerFlex 1100 CR is a compact “hybrid” high-vacuum coating system using PVD and PECVD technology. The technology, with the right plasma size for high productivity for medium to large objects, ensures perfect process control and exceptional uniformity.
Nanoflex 400 is a compact system designed for both decorative and technical applications. Nanoflex 400 belongs to the flexible machine series, optimised for the production of small and medium-sized objects. High flexibility is one of the most important features. In fact, different PVD and PECVD technologies can be installed: for example Cathodic Arc, Magnetron Sputtering (in different configurations, Balanced, Unbalanced, DMS, HiPiMS) and Plasma Beam Source.
DecoCoat is our machine for decorative applications based on state-of-the-art Cathodic Arc sources. A wide range of standard colours is available, but customised coatings can be designed according to specific customer requirements. A variety of materials can be coated: ferrous and non-ferrous metals (such as Steel, Stainless Steel, Titanium, Brass, Aluminium etc.), glass and crystal, ceramics and polymers.
