A new ProPower XL series plant has been sold for polymer substrates coatings.
The plant shows a very high productivity and it is equipped with the new high plasma ionization system to obtain high quality and thick coating.

Starting from today, Protec Surface Technologies S.r.l. is officially Sub-One Technology® partner for Italy.
Its patented InnerArmor® coating process applies a high-performance, chemically inert, protective coating which reduces operational costs. The InnerArmor® process deposits hard, smooth, pure coatings on the internal surfaces of a broad spectrum of products ranging from small metal components to long, large diameter production pipes. InnerArmor® technology is “Hollow Cathode Plasma Immersion Ion Processing” (HCPIIP) on the internal surfaces of parts and it is capable of depositing carbon-based coatings, metal carbides and oxides. New Colours

Thanks to the new Propower machine series, having integrated technologies with special plasma sources it is now possible to obtain new colours not reachable with traditional techniques (cathodic arc and magnetron sputtering). A very nice white color coating substituting the traditional galvanic Rodhium has been developed. |

PVD Black Coating

The first PVD plant specifically designed for deep black colour coating has been delivered. This plant came after 2 years of R&D in cooperation with the most important watch industries. The PVD machine is available in 700 version only, but starting from 2009 the 1100 version will be available as well.

DLC

The first ProPower machine, model year 2008, fully designed for DLC coatings has been sold. This machine is capable to deposit the traditional Me-DLC by classic PVD technique or pure DLC by PECVD technique.

N.C.V.M. Coatings

Tali rivestimenti, effettuati su substrati polimerici, hanno particolare importanza nel campo della telefonia mobile e per ogni applicazione dove è richiesto un aspetto metallico con perfetta imitazione dell’effetto Cromo galvanico, ma con un riporto NON CONDUTTIVO.
